No. We don't offer a serial number or a registration code for this version. When your purchase of DigiBook® completes, your become a registered owner of the program and no Serial Number is required to activate or personalize your program. |

My purchase was declined though my credit card is valid. What gives? |

There is a chance your purchase was declined due to the type of email address registered in your My Page account. We don't accept some Free Web-based Emails for the purchase. Though we do accept free emails for freeware registration, you may have to change your email address in your 'My Page' account to successfully purchase our products. We appologize if this causes you any inconvenience. |

Who qualifies for an upgrade to DigiBook® v.11? |

Anyone who has purchased DigiBook® v.10 Standard or Pro. Please make sure your purchased program be registered online. If not registered, you won't be able to purchase an Upgrade at a listed price. |

My connection speed is slow. Can I choose to download splitted files, instead of a whole application installer, which is too big for me to download in one sitting? |

Yes. Please let us know via email if you prefer to download smaller files (15 files - 10MB or less ) after the purchase of the program. Our customer support team will email you for instructions.
