Display 1

Function
This is to carry out the Album's basic settings such as the name to be displayed on the Album spine, Album layout and texture.
In addition, for a free-layout album, uncheck "Fix layout", and for an Album with fixed frames, check the box. Either way, you can always come back to this page and change the settings.

Album Name
This is to set the Album name. The name must be less than 128 characters.

Layout
You can choose whether or not to have a fix layout and you can select the album design. For album design, click the "Change Layout" button.

Texture
This is to set the background of the Album texture (spread page).


Display 2

Function
This is to carry out Album maintenance such as choosing the type of thumbnail displayed when you open an album, flipping direction, image displaying method, and setting or changes of text fonts.

Types of Thumbnails
You can choose the type of thumbnail displayed on the album. If you choose JPEG or JPEG2000 images, click on the quality button to set the quality of thumbnails.

Flipping Direction
You can specify the flipping direction of the pages. Depending on the direction, the position of the front cover and the back cover will change accordingly.

Open Image with
This is to set the clicking method used when opening the Album's thumbnail on the image display window.

Font of AlbumText
This is to set the character font when the format of the Album is one that can display text. If the Album is in FFPP format, you can set the font of each image's text.

Hide Slider Control
You can choose whether or not to use the slider control function that allows you to flip pages just by moving the slider sideways. If you check this box, the slider control on top of the spread page won't be displayed.

Hide Page Curl
You can choose whether or not to use the page curl function. When this function is enabled, you can click on the page curl to flip pages. If you check the box, the page curl at the bottom of each page will disappear.

Display Bookmarks in Index Window
If you check this item, a bookmark index window will appear if there are bookmarks in the Album. Simply click on a bookmark to go to the set page, just like a remote control.

Display Sound/Text/Movie icons on Thumbnail
If you have sound or text attached to the images, their icons are displayed. Click on them to edit(if it's the text icon) or to play sound (if it's the sound icon).

Display Focus Sign on Free-layout Album
If it's a free-layout album, a frame is displayed whenever the cursor is on the Album image or text.

Hide Page Number
If you check this item, the Album's page numbers will not be displayed.

Play Sound Attached to the First Image on Each Page
If you check this item, the sound that was first pasted on that page will automatically play when you flip a page.

Display Link Mark on Thumbnail of Linked Image
If the image has been imported with a link, an arrow icon is displayed on the image.


Display 3

Function
This is to change the design of your bookcover. You can choose your favorite bookcover from the list of bookcovers DigiBook® has prepared for you. You can also download some from DigiBook®'s webpage.
You can have access to the list of bookcovers if you click on "Change Bookcover".

Bookcover Management
When you click on "Bookcover Management", you will see a list of the current bookcover data from which you can delete those you don't want anymore.


Display 4

Function
This allows you to carry out settings and changes with regard to Album covers and spine, You can change the font of covers and carry out settings on thumbnails.

Font of Front Cover and Spine
If you have the Album's title in text form on the front cover and spine, you can set the font.

Display Thumbnails on Album Spines
You can display a thumbnail of the first frame of the first page of the Album.

If it's a free-layout album, go to "Settings and Arrangement", "Position, Size, Order of Frame", "Frame Order", and click "Move to Top".

Display Album Name on Spine
You can display the Album Name in text form on the spine of the Album.

Display Album Name and Image on Front Cover
You can display a thumbnail of the first frame of the first page and the Album Name in text form on the Album front cover.

Other Method
Right-click the image frame, go to "Settings and Arrangement" and "Set to Front Cover Image"

If it's a free-layout album, go to "Settings and Arrangement", "Position, Size, Order of Frame", "Frame Order", and click "Move to Top".

Change Thickness of Album Spine in Proportion to Number of Pages
You can change the thickness of Album spine in proportion to the number of pages.

Display Key Icon on Locked Album Spine
If the Album is locked, a key icon will display on top of the spine.

Display Link Icon on Album Spine if the Album has a Link Folder Setting
If the Album has a link folder setting, a link icon will be displayed on the Album spine.


BGM
Function
You can set the BGM that will play when you open the Album. For possible formats, go to "List of Compatible Formats".
  • If you click on "Add", the "Open BGM File" dialog box will appear. Select the sound file you wish to set as BGM and click on "Open". It will be added to the sound list. In case of multiple selection, the order in the sound list is the order in which it will play. Once it has played until the end, it will automatically repeat.
  • If you wish to insert a sound file in the set sound files list, select the file name below where you wish to insert the new file, select "Insert", and designate the file.
  • If you wish to delete a set sound file, select the file you wish to delete from the list, and click on "Delete".
  • If you wish to change the playing order of the sound files, select the file you wish to move, and you can move it with the "Move to Top" and "Move to Bottom" buttons. Refer to "List of Compatible Formats"for sound file formats that you can set.

  • You can also drag-n-drop the sounds on the Album front cover to set as BGM.
